How are you different from other coaching services?
Our crew of nutritionists and trainers are real-life humans, just like you! We're juggling full-time jobs, kids, and adulting, but we still make it happen! We're confident we can help you reach your ultimate fitness goals while slaying the daily grind.
Do you work with all types of clients?
Everyone in our scope of practice. We have clients with multiple disorders, ailments, diseases.
We do refer out for eating disorders or mental health concerns.
Do you offer any first responder, or military discount?

What is your cancellation policy? Refund Policy?
You can cancel at any time. Send your coach a Cancellation message 30 days prior to your bill
date and they can take care of it for you. Please note that all tiers have a 3-month commitment
minimum. After you’ve completed 3 months you may cancel at any time. Subscriptions and
services are non-transferable and non-refundable and you are responsible for the full subscription fee in the billing cycle for which you cancel. All prices posted on our website are in US dollars.
*It is important to note that we do not offer the option to pause or refund services.
Will I get a meal plan?

Can workouts be done at home?
Of course, we have plenty of clients who work out from home. We have different plans that include, full gym, CrossFit gym, Dumbbells & Bands, Body weight and remember the Optimal Tier offers custom workouts.
Do you guarentee weight loss?
Absolutely NOT. Any good or honest coach would never be able to guarantee any sort of change because no matter what amazing program we create for you, it all does come down to you adhering.
Is there a referral program?
Yes, any referral for accountability will earn you $25, lifestyle $50, Optimal $70.
